Incredible pair of antique staffordshire horse head brackets/shelves or sconces. Approximate size (accurate measurement on request) 10" by 7". Cream colored horse heads (similar to color of palomino) with gold gilding and a jockey cap with crossed whips/crops with large horseshoe projections. Beautiful detailing, beautiful eye (see photos). Excellent condition with some crazing and a superficial line in horseshoe which is most common in these old staffordshires. Opening in back for hanging.

This is a Marquerite Kirmse Fox Etching and Engraving. A beautifully mastered fox in an oval with crops and hunting whips circling as a border. In a period light colored period original frame with a felt-like backing. Approximate size with frame is 36" X 24". Excellent condition. Minor discoloration. Done in the late 20's or early thirties. This art was used on the cover of the Sportsman Magazine in a 1931 edition. A fabulous rare Kirmse piece.

Such a special feel to it with the riders hand extending towards his favorite mounts muzzle. Original frame recessed into mid century wood frame. Circa 1910-1920 British Hunting Silk Hat with Leather Box and Original Bottle of Cleaner and its mailing box.
Custom leather box, lined with burgundy velvet, measures 13' by 12" by 8" with brass fittings and original key. Locking device works and all straps and closures intact. Some superficial nicks to the leather and roughness to leather around handle. Some neatsfoot oil would cover in these nicks. A great pair of reverse painted coaching artwork. Displayed beautifully in burl and eglomise frames. First painting shows coach with huntsman heading from London to Oxford. The second painting shows the ride home from Oxford to London. In excellent condition. Minor scratches to the frames. Colors vivid for a reverse painting of this age.
